lets get started

to day for lunch i ate 290 calories and for break fast i ate 120 calories i have not yet ate dinner. i am trying to be 130 pounds by November 2010 right now i weigh 159 i am so sad i let myself become this weight so people please join with me and help me and try it for yourself:)

lose weight when you are 12

this is my journey when i am 12 years old i did not join track because i was to fat for the sleevless uniforms and i am making this blog for people my age and over weight:)
